Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    • Did you check your Junk/Spam email folders and see if the recovery email from Microsoft accidentally ended up there?
    • In addition, you can add the account protection Microsoft domain to the safe sender's lists so that email from the Microsoft team will be directly delivered to your inbox.

If these recommendations don't help, try using a different contact email address other than your @gmail.com address and see if you receive the recovery email there.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

Alternatively, if your account was suspended in error, you can submit an appeal directly to Microsoft using the link below. Microsoft will review your appeal in accordance with its policies and send any updates or questions to the email address you provide.
