Payment system

The payment system will not take any of my payments options. I have tried to update it but all my options come back saying not allowed. I have tried different cards and also my Venmo account. How do I make a payment if the system will not take any payment option I have. I have tried a Visa, MasterCard, and Venmo.

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. You can also try a different browser or use InPrivate mode or Incognito mode depending on the browser that you are using. Kindly ensure as well that the card that you are using is enabled for online purchases or transactions and another alternative that you can do is to use PayPal and link your card from there. If the problem persists, contact the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/, then click on Microsoft 365, then "Get home support", then type "Billing question" and click the blue "Sign in" button to contact support and proceed from there.
