Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please do the following:

Open the Device Manager (Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager") and see if there are any devices labeled "Unknown Device" or with any warning signs.

Share a screenshot of what you find.

Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.

Also. What is the manufacturer and model of your computer?

If you prefer, you can share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Maximize the window and use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.

    I await your reply.

To reinstall the touchscreen driver after uninstalling it from Device Manager, follow these steps:

    1. Restart your computer: Often, Windows will automatically detect the touchscreen device upon reboot and reinstall the necessary drivers.
    2. Check Device Manager: After restarting, go back to Device Manager. You can open it by selecting the Start button, typing "Device Manager," and pressing Enter.
      • Look for the Human Interface Devices section. If the touchscreen device appears there, right-click on it and select Update driver to search for updated driver software.
    3. Use Windows Update: You can also check for updates through Windows Update, which may include driver updates. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and click on Check for updates.
    4. Download Drivers from Manufacturer: If the above steps do not work, visit the manufacturer's website for your device and download the latest drivers for your touchscreen model.
    5. Install the Driver: If you downloaded the driver, run the installer and follow the prompts to install it.

After completing these steps, your touchscreen should hopefully be functional again.
