    Hi Nick,

    Thanks for reaching out.

You don’t install OpenGL separately on Windows. It comes through your graphics drivers. To enable or update OpenGL:

    1. Identify your GPUs (Intel HD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce 820M).
    2. Download the latest drivers from Intel and NVIDIA official sites.
    3. Install and restart your laptop.

OpenGL versions supported by your laptop's graphics

    1. Intel HD Graphics (with i7-4510U) supports OpenGL 4.3.
    2. NVIDIA GeForce 820M supports OpenGL 4.5 (via driver updates)

Here are the official driver download links:

Intel HD Graphics (for your i7-4510U) Intel Download Center Tip: Use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant on that page for automatic detection and updates. [intel.com]

NVIDIA GeForce 820M NVIDIA GeForce Drivers Select: [nvidia.com]

    • Product Type: GeForce
    • Series: GeForce 800M Series (Notebooks)
    • Product: GeForce 820M
    • OS: Your Windows version

Is your laptop a surface device? If, yes, what model it is?

(The links above are non-Microsoft websites but are legitimate manufacturers websites.)

Hope this helps. But feel free to reply if you have more questions.

    Regards,

    Rez
