    Hi @Mile Morina

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and providing those details. I truly understand you are inquiring about an unknown charge on your charge card and would like to contact support.

Sometimes charges may appear without clear invoice details due to orders processed under a different account or department, subscription renewals or recurring services, or delays in invoice generation and posting to your account.

To better assist you, could you please help me with a few details?

    • What is the exact amount and date of the charge?
    • Was the subscription purchased directly through the Microsoft website, via a third-party provider, or through the Microsoft 365 admin center?
    • Could you please provide the email addresses associated with the subscriptions?

This will help us better understand the context and provide more targeted support. Any additional information will help us better understand and support you.

Since you haven’t specified your account type, I may not be able to provide an exact solution. However, assuming you're using a work account, you may consider the following steps:

To request a correction or reissue, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft’s Billing team, who can review the invoice and assist further to change your billing address correctly. This is the best way to ensure your request is handled securely and appropriately.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using your admin credentials.
    • If you don’t have admin permissions, please contact your organization’s IT administrator.
    1. Open Help & Support:
      • Click the green Help & Support button, usually located at the bottom-right corner of the Admin Center dashboard.
      • This will open the support pane.
    2. Search for assistance:
      • In the search bar, type “I need to check my subscription.”
    3. Select Contact Support from the options provided.
    4. Choose your preferences:
      • Select your preferred contact method, time zone, and language.
    5. Provide details:
      • Fill in your information and include a clear description of the issue for faster resolution.
      • You can also attach files, screenshots, or videos to support your request.
      • Once complete, click Contact me at the bottom.

To help the support team assist you quickly, please have the following ready:

    • Invoice number or reference
    • Subscription ID (if applicable)

The support team may be able to reissue the invoice depending on your account type and region.

Or you can contact them via phone number to Microsoft Support: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support - Select your country/region own phone number for support.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll make sure this is handled as quickly as possible.

I'm looking forward to your reply.
