Auto restart after update fails

Question

Hi,

several computers in my network doesn't use the group policy settings to install updates at 4 o'clock and restart after update automatically.
I checked the local registry and these settings are a exact copy of the group policy for wsus-updates.
For example, one computer installed updates last night around 3 o'clock but didn't restart.

The policy settings:
auto update 4: auto download and install as set in the timetable
install during auto-maintenance activated
planed installation-day: 0 - daily
planed installation-time: 04 am
every week: active
auto updates during utilization deactivated: active
utilization time: 6am - 10pm
recommened updates through auto-updates activated: active
utilization-Time for auto-restart: active
max-Time: 18

To avoid misunderstandings, please help to confirm the following information:

1. What is the Windows version of your clients?
2. Please help confirm whether the following group policy is consistent with your clients.
   auto updates during utilization deactivated: active

In addition, the following link for the WIndows10 client restart Group Policy settings is for your reference. According to the links below, Windows 10 clients can only apply one restart group policy. I guess this is why the client did not restart as expected.
