The update you're struggling with is an optional update (test version before the mandatory launch). There's no immediate necessity to install it if your system is running fine. You can safely ignore it and wait for the official release.
If you want to stop getting prompted for these optional builds, open Windows Update and toggle OFF "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available".
