Please please help me

Hello, my name is Karinda and I really need somebody’s help. I’ve been trying for months to get back to my Hotmail account which I was locked out of and the reason I’ve got some really important information on there like my mum‘s death certificate all my holiday stuff that’s coming up in less than 20 days I have filled out one of your forms most days to get declined. I run holiday parts which means I move all over the country and I have For many years. I can tell you that I signed up for my Hotmail account around 2000 and 6007 I’ve put in all my postal addresses that it might have been all my passwords all the information I can gather. I really need somebody’s help. I can’t tell you how much I need just to do something please please can somebody help me? Thank you Karinda Taylor.

If I may ask, have you forgotten your account's password by any chance?

If not, may I know the exact error message upon signing in?

Do you still have access to your account's security information, email, or phone number?

Do you see any unfamiliar email addresses/phone numbers upon signing in to your account?

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If yes, do you have access to the 25-character recovery codes?

Lastly, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your Microsoft account?
