Can a published agent created in Copilot Studio be accessible to users in another tenant?

I created an agent in Environment A in Copilot Studio Tenant X. I published my agent in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot. If there are users from Tenant Y, can they access my copilot agent? Can a published agent created in Copilot Studio be accessible to users in another tenant? In this case, can users in Tenant Y access a published agent created in Copilot Studio Tenant X?

No, a published agent created in Copilot Studio in Tenant X is not accessible to users in another tenant (Tenant Y) by default.

Key points:

• Copilot Studio agents are tenant-scoped; they are only available to users within the tenant where they were created and published.
• Users from Tenant Y cannot access or use Copilot agents published in Tenant X unless you specifically set up cross-tenant sharing (which is not supported for Copilot Studio agents as of now).
• There is no built-in mechanism to publish Copilot Studio agents for external tenants or organizations.

Summary: Copilot Studio agents are only accessible to users in the same tenant where they are published. Users in other tenants cannot access them.
