Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
The Outlook emails display the current timestamp when you open them, which suggests a corrupted Outlook profile or incorrect date/time settings.
In Outlook (Classic), go to File > Options > Calendar > Time zones.
Ensure the Time zone is correct.
If it is right, check the Windows date/time settings.
Go to Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & Time.
Turn on the toggle for 'Set Time zone automatically ' and 'Set time automatically'.
In the Additional settings, click Sync now.
Once done, quit Outlook in the task manager and restart it.
If you're still having issues, you can repair Office applications or create a new Outlook user profile.
To repair Office apps - Go to Start> Settings > Apps > installed apps > Microsoft Office.
Select Modify > Click Online repair and next to repair Office applications.
-If you are still having issues, create a New Outlook user profile.
