Cannot promote to local admin via remote desktop services

Hello I use a program to provide remote IT assistance. I am currently testing Azure virtual desktop to replace our field desktops. When I try to promote myself over the remote assistance session I get this error. Any ideas or work arounds?

    The error which is mentioned above is more around ConnectWise Control where it is throwing you an error and is not specific to Azure Virtual Desktop which is not supported on the forum.

    What I would recommend you is to open a post here on their forum here or contact the Support as needed.

    If they suggest that any help is needed from Azure side feel free to tag me in this post and I would be more than happy to help you out further with them.
