What OS do you have? WIndows 11? if so, you can press the windows key and the letter i, click network and internet, click wifi, then find your wifi, enter the password, and click enter. it should be connected then. Reply if this didnt work

Please clarify the following:
What is the manufacturer and model of your PC?
If you prefer, you can share a screenshot of your system information.
- Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.
