Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Steve Hermes, thanks for posting. Outlook doesn’t have a direct folder search, but here’s what you can do:
First, search for an email you know is inside that folder using the Search box and select All Mailboxes. When you find it, check the folder path in the message header or right-click the email and choose Open Folder Location. Second, expand all collapsed folders in the Folder Pane often the moved folder is nested under another folder. Last, if you’re using Outlook desktop, press Ctrl+6 to switch to Folder List view, which shows the full hierarchy and lets you drag the folder back to its original location.
If this helps, feel free to mark the answer as accepted so others can find it too.
Best,
Carl
