Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Are you having trouble receiving emails from a specific sender?
If you can send emails normally but aren't receiving them, your emails might be forwarded to another address or automatically moved to junk or SPAM folders, depending on your email rules.
In this situation, you should first check the 'Email forwarding Rules' and Junk/SPAM folders.
- Check your Junk or SPAM email folders -- if emails have been moved there or to another folder, review your email rules. Go to Outlook.com, then select Settings > Mail > Rules. If your incoming emails have been moved to another folder, delete the rule.
- Check Email forwarding rules-
Navigate to Outlook.com, then select Settings > Mail > Forwarding and IMAP.
If the incoming emails are automatically forwarded to another address, click "Do not forward."
