Tenant seems to be inactive or in loop (error 399287 / tenant c7f4170b-12a9-4871-9afc-cd4500cf9e16). Need to verify if subscription still exists and recover access.
Monthly payments still continue.

Used my personal account to make it possible to send this request (cannot find any form without login)

Hey, There

As I know if you’re stuck in the 399287 loop but still getting charged, you can try this recommend ways it might be helpful for you:

=> If you see JSON text, it’s alive. If it says tenant not found, it’s gone.

“My tenant is stuck (Error 399287), but I’m still billed. I have the E05xxxx number and need to verify which tenant it belongs to.”

  • They can trace it and help you recover access.

If you are experiencing an MFA registration loop (Error 399287) and cannot log in to recover access to your tenant, you will need to follow the standard recovery processes provided by Microsoft. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Confirm Account Usage: Ensure that you are using the correct account to sign in. Try signing in with any previously used email account.
    2. Submit a Support Request: Since you cannot access the tenant, you may need to submit a support request through the Microsoft 365 support page. Select the option for issues related to signing in or accessing your tenant.
    3. Identity Verification: Be prepared to verify your identity and ownership of the organization. This may involve providing official business documentation, domain ownership, or nonprofit registration data.
    4. Contact IT Support: If your organization has an IT partner or support team, reach out to them for assistance in recovering access to your tenant.
    5. Check Subscription Status: Since you mentioned that monthly payments are still continuing, it is important to verify the status of your subscription. This can typically be done through the billing section of your account, but you may need to regain access first.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to escalate the matter through Microsoft support channels for further assistance.
