email problem

Hello,

My server REMOVE PII@REMOVE PII is down. How can I change my email address and login to REMOVE PII@REMOVE PII.com. When I get to the "Manage Email" page I can't change/add the domain.

Could you please reconfirm if you are the Global Admin managing the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal for your organization?

Regarding the “Manage Email” page you mentioned, could you please clarify which page this refers to? If possible, please share a screenshot with us via the Private Message.
