    Hi @周 荣辉 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

If your account is authorized for the Windows Hardware Developer Program, you’ll submit your driver through the Partner Center Hardware Dashboard. Here’s how:

    1. Sign in to the Partner Center Hardware Dashboard Go to Partner Center for Windows Hardware and log in with your authorized account.
    2. Create a new hardware submission
      • Select “Submit new hardware” once you’re in the dashboard.
      • Upload the .HLKX file generated from your HLK tests (or .HCKX for older kits).
      • Complete the questionnaire and confirm your EV Code Signing Certificate is linked.
      • Reference: Create a new hardware submission.
    3. Track and manage your submission
      • The dashboard will show your submission status and allow updates or distribution through Windows Update.
      • Reference: Update a hardware submission

If you don’t see the submission option, please verify:

Hope this helps! If you still have any questions, please feel free to comment below. I'll be happy to assist!
