Samsung Notes

Question

Ciao a tutti. Non riesco a visualizzare le mie note samsung sull'app one note da pc (Asus).
Ho provato abbastanza di tutto e la sincronizzazione da parte dell'app samsung notes sono piuttosto sicuro che sia funzionante. Il problema è che da one note da pc non è presente la sezione Feed dove vedere le note samsung e l'altra opzione era vederle nella sezione sticky notes, ma neanche lì appaiono.
Ho provato anche dal onenote web, dove effettivamente appare la sezione feed e mi chiede di rifare l'accesso, ma dopo aver messo l'email e premuto invia mi ridirige su una pagina vuota...
Non so più cosa fare. Se qualcuno sa come risolvere il problema gli sarei grato!!

Ciao Stefano,

La soluzione è utilizzare l’app desktop di OneNote su Windows ed effettuare l’accesso con lo stesso account Microsoft personale che hai attivato all’interno di Samsung Notes, quindi aprire il feed delle note.

Sul tuo PC apri l’app chiamata OneNote. Vai su File > Account e assicurati di aver effettuato l’accesso con il tuo account Microsoft personale, non con un account aziendale o scolastico.

Se necessario, seleziona Esci, poi Aggiungi account e accedi con lo stesso identico account che hai selezionato in Samsung Notes in Impostazioni > Sincronizzazione con Microsoft OneNote.

Chiudi OneNote, riaprilo e fai clic sul pulsante Feed note in alto a destra. Le tue Samsung Notes dovrebbero comparire lì sotto Samsung Notes come elementi di sola lettura. Se non vedi il pulsante del feed, aggiorna OneNote da File > Account di Office > Opzioni di aggiornamento > Aggiorna ora, quindi riavvia l’app.

Solo per chiarire le aspettative: le Samsung Notes non vengono visualizzate all’interno dell’app Sticky Notes. Appaiono solo nel feed delle note di OneNote e nel feed web di OneNote quando viene utilizzato lo stesso account Microsoft personale su entrambi i lati.
