No inputs on Microsoft Bitlocker

I updated windows last night and shut my pc off and woke up this morning to needing to enter bitlocker but I have no inputs on either my mouse or keyboard and fast boot is disabled and legacy usb is enabled and o have already taken out the cmos battery and have wired keyboard and mouse what else can I do ?

    Hello,

    This usually happens because the BitLocker pre-boot screen only has very basic USB support, so keyboards on USB 3.0 ports are not seen until Windows loads.

    Power the PC off completely, switch your wired keyboard to a rear-panel black USB 2.0 port only (avoid blue or SS-marked ports and avoid front-panel ports), unplug other USB devices, then power back on and try typing at the BitLocker screen.

    If it still does not respond, move the keyboard to a different rear USB 2.0 port and try again. Tell me what happens and I will guide you to the next step.
