Hello,

I started the Microsoft 365 free trial on 6 Oct and canceled on 6 Nov (the day it renewed). I was charged €99 on 6 Nov. I’m in France (eligible for prorated refunds).

Please process a refund for the unused period of the annual term.

    Hello !

    You should be able to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription by going to Microsoft account dashboard. Use this link to directly go to your Microsoft 365 subscription details : https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/details#billing
    You should have an option to cancel : click on it and follow the steps.
