Where can i download windows 1909 because i dont want 20h2

I want to download windows 1909 again with a iso file

A couple of option may be a Visual Studio subscription or possibly the volume center. There are no microsoft public downloads other than this one.

There is no official Microsoft website for older ISO for security reasons, but there or other websites from where you can get the 1909 ISO. The other way would be to reset the PC to the factory version and then update to 1909. If the factory version is greater than 1909 then we are out of luck.
