I have CPU model ThinkCentre M70q Gen 3 12 Gen core i5 on windows 11 pro and I can't see my bluetooth is working. I already followed multiple online tutorials how to install manually from the website the drivers for bluetooth but nothing works as per checking. What should I do?

    1. When you go to Device Manager, do you see a Bluetooth category or any Unknown devices under “Other devices”?
    2. Did Bluetooth ever work on this system before, or has it never been detected?

To verify whether your system includes Bluetooth hardware

    Press Win + R, type: msinfo32

    and press Enter.

Go to Components > Network > Adapter.

Scroll through the list and check if any entry mentions Bluetooth.

For your model (Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 3). It usually comes with Bluetooth integrated in the Intel Wi-Fi module, but some variants ship without wireless/Bluetooth (especially business models).

You can confirm by checking Lenovo’s site using your serial number > https://support.lenovo.com. Under Product Details > Networking, it will list whether Bluetooth is included.

    Product specification reference: https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/ThinkCentre/ThinkCentre_M70q_Gen_3/ThinkCentre_M70q_Gen_3_Spec.pdf
