How to find my bitlocker key？

我的硬盘坏了，从电脑里拿出来做数据恢复，但是数据恢复过程中显示它被加密，可我登我的微软账号，里面显示没有上传bitlocker，我也没有其他的微软账号，请问我如何找到我的bitlocker密钥或者能否直接后台帮我解密？
