i received emila from ibm team ,

This is what is happening: Microsoft is updating their systems, and starting in 2026, any unlinked Microsoft certifications will not show up in the IBM portal/systems. Since you have 1 certification(s), this is certainly worth preserving.

Associate Certs: 0 Advanced Certs: 0

We understand you are busy, but the good news is it only takes about 2 minutes. Just follow the guidance provided in this document.

So there is valid microsoft account where it hold certificate ..But when i am trying wiht my microsoft account , it gives no certifcates ..So i am sure there is another account which i used for this certificate ..Kindly give my username or account name where it hold microsoft certificate pls
