I tried login portal azure but receive error

Hello Sridevi Machavarapu, we have the same problem. We just got the credit approved and we are in the process to activate the Azure. The same message happened as soon as we did the 'Complete Azure Sign up'. How can we send you details with us via private message? Thanks in advance!

The error code AADSTS5000225 indicates that the tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. This typically happens when a configured tenant is no longer in use and has not been accessed for a certain period. To resolve this issue, the tenant administrator can request reactivation within 20 days of the tenant entering an inactive state. If the tenant remains inactive for more than 20 days, it will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you are the administrator, you can reach out to Microsoft support to reactivate the tenant. If you do not plan to reactivate the tenant, it will be deleted after the 20-day period.
