If you are experiencing issues with entering your legal name on your driver's license while trying to schedule your AZ-104 test, ensure that the legal name you provide matches exactly with the name on your driver's license. If there are discrepancies, such as middle names or initials, this could prevent you from moving forward in the scheduling process.

If you continue to face issues, consider the following steps:

    1. Double-check that all information is entered correctly without any typos.
    2. Ensure that your Learn Profile has your legal name updated correctly. If you need to change your legal name on your Microsoft Certification profile, you can visit the relevant support page for guidance.
    3. If the problem persists, you may want to reach out to Microsoft Certification Support for assistance.

These steps should help you resolve the issue so you can schedule your test successfully.
