Got error while requesting appeal

Yeah.. I was trying to requste appeal i filled the form but when i click sumbit it gave me error
" There was a problem submitting your request. Please try again. "
I tried with edge broswer and chrome same result and then next day same reuslt, i got only 40 days left... until i get req. appeal so pls help me ;-;
idk which category to choose so any staff tell me which catogory so i will post this in that and sorry for my spelling mistakes
