Microsoft Store Not On Computer

Hi all,
Recently purchased a second hand computer and performed a factory reset on it. Upon uninstalling and reinstalling Windows 10 the Microsoft store was not on my computer at all. I have researched and even performed a second reset and I still have no change. Please help.
