I'm not able to upload a file in the MS forms

Hello,
I am facing this problem from a few moths now. Whenever I'm selecting a pdf from "files" to upload it on the form, I just get back to the form again and again. Tried refreshing it, making another pdf so many times but still no use. But I am able to submit it from another device. I'm skeptical whether there's a problem with my phone because after I've updated it, I think I noticed that I'm not able to submit the files in MS forms. Please look into the matter.
