How to fix my Microsoft Authenticator.

How can I get the QR code so that I can start all over using my phone authenticator.

The steps to get the QR code vary slightly depending on whether it's a personal account or a Work/School account. In either case, you will need to sign in to your account security settings using a browser on a computer or a different device and then add the Authenticator app as a security method.
