To get the QR code for setting up your Microsoft Authenticator app again, you typically need to follow these steps:

    1. Access the application that requires the authenticator (for example, your Azure AD B2C application).
    2. Initiate the setup process for multi-factor authentication (MFA). This usually involves signing in or signing up and then selecting the option to use an authenticator app.
    3. Look for a prompt that asks you to enroll your account by scanning a QR code. This QR code will be displayed on the screen.
    4. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. In the app, select the option to add an account, usually found by tapping the + icon or the menu icon.
    5. Scan the QR code displayed on the application screen using your phone's camera through the Authenticator app.

If you have trouble finding the QR code, you may need to check the specific application or service's documentation for detailed instructions on how to reset or re-enroll your authenticator app.

    Dear @Robert Morales

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

The steps to get the QR code vary slightly depending on whether it's a personal account or a Work/School account. In either case, you will need to sign in to your account security settings using a browser on a computer or a different device and then add the Authenticator app as a security method.

You can follow the instructions in this link, check your account is personal or work/school account to follow. How to add your accounts to Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Support
