If the key is for a subscription product, redeem the key into a Microsoft account and then use the subscription license to install on your various devices.

If the key is for a perpetual license, such as Office Home 2024, you would also associate it with an account. However, perpetual licenses can only be used with a Window or macOS device (one device, one user).
