I’m reaching out to confirm the completion status and badge links for the following certifications associated with my Microsoft Learn account:

  • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • GitHub Certifications: GH100 (Foundations), GH500 (Advanced Security)

I’d appreciate confirmation of completion, badge issuance (Credly links if available), and any guidance on accessing or reactivating my certificates.

Thank you for your support!

Best regards,

Alex Eugene Bryant -

Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications a couple of years ago.

Certifications are on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

To check the completion status and badge links for your certifications, you can follow these steps:

    1. Access Your Microsoft Learn Profile: Go to your Learn profile page. Here, you can check your credentials and see if the certifications you mentioned are listed.
    2. View Certifications: In your profile, select the Credentials tab to view your certifications. You can find details about your AZ-104 and SC-900 certifications here.
    3. Digital Badges: If you have passed the exams, you should receive an email from Microsoft or from Credly's Acclaim platform regarding your digital badges. If you haven't received it, you can create an account on the Acclaim platform using the email associated with your Microsoft account to claim your badge.
    4. GitHub Certifications: For GitHub certifications, you may need to check directly with GitHub or the specific platform where you completed those certifications, as they may not be reflected in your Microsoft Learn profile.
    5. Reactivating Certificates: If you need guidance on accessing or reactivating your certificates, you can contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance.

If you have any issues or do not see the expected certifications, ensure that you are logged into the correct account and check if the certifications have aged out of the program.
