Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.

If your laptop has Windows installed but you do not have a product key, you may be facing issues with activation because the Windows marker in the ACPI_SLIC table could be corrupted or missing. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check for a Qualifying Windows License: Ensure that your laptop originally came with a qualifying Windows operating system. If it did, the issue might be with the Windows marker.
    2. Contact Support: Since you mentioned difficulty finding a support number, you can visit the Microsoft website for assistance. They provide resources for activation issues, including contact information for support.
    3. Use a Volume License Key: If you have access to a Multiple Activation Key (MAK), you can change the product key to activate Windows. You may need to contact the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center for this.
    4. Check Activation Status: You can check your activation status by going to the System control panel and looking for a message indicating whether Windows is activated.

If you continue to have trouble, consider reaching out to Microsoft support through their online resources for more personalized assistance.
