If Link Preview isn’t working in the new Outlook for Windows, first make sure the Preview links in email option is enabled under Settings > Mail > Compose and reply, and confirm your message format is set to HTML since previews don’t work in plain text. Updating Outlook to the latest version and restarting in Safe Mode can help rule out add-in issues, and clearing cache or repairing your Outlook profile may also resolve the problem.
