Hi Sagar,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

I’m really sorry to hear that you haven’t received your refund yet.

Refunds for Microsoft certification exams are typically handled by Pearson VUE, and they usually take 5 to 14 business days to process after cancellation. Since it’s been more than 15 days, I recommend contacting Pearson VUE directly to check the status.

Currently, the Training, Certification, and Program Support forum does not allow posting new questions. If you need to resolve issues related to PL-300 or other certification exams, you can raise a support ticket using the steps below:

  1. Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account and click **Continue

  3. Fill in your contact details and click **Save

  4. Return to the same link (https://aka.ms/credentialssupport), and the page will auto-fill Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials
  5. Complete the remaining fields and submit your ticket.

This will allow you to open a support request, manage and view your request details and communicate directly with the support team

If you’ve already submitted a support request through Microsoft Learn, you can check the status here.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

Warm regards,

If your exam appointment was cancelled by Pearson VUE, you should be issued a refund. If you have not received your refund yet, I recommend contacting Pearson VUE support for assistance. They can provide you with updates on your refund status and help resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
