Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am currently unable to sign in to the Microsoft Authenticator app. Each time I try to log in, the system asks for verification through the Authenticator itself, but I can’t access the app because I have been signed out and cannot log back in.

As a result, I am unable to approve sign-in requests or retrieve verification codes from the app. I also do not receive SMS verification codes as an alternative option.

Please note that I live in Indonesia, and I am wondering if there might be any regional restrictions or issues affecting SMS or app-based authentication here.

I would really appreciate your help in restoring my access to the Authenticator app or providing another method to verify my identity and log in to my Microsoft account.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards,

M Yusran

If you are unable to access the Microsoft Authenticator app and cannot receive SMS verification codes, you can try the following steps:

    1. Recovery Options: Use any recovery options you set up when you created your account, such as backup email or security questions.
    2. Support: Contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance with account recovery. They can help you regain access to your account.
    3. Alternate Device: If you have another device with the Authenticator app installed and logged in, use it to approve the sign-in request.

For regional issues, check with your mobile carrier to ensure SMS services are not being blocked.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, please provide more details about any error messages you are receiving.
