OneDrive Camera Upload Policy Not Applying via Intune for iOS

Hello Microsoft Support,

I’ve configured an App Configuration Policy in Intune for iOS devices to enable the Camera Upload feature in the OneDrive app. The policy deployment status shows “Succeeded”, but when I check the OneDrive settings on the targeted iOS devices, the Camera Upload option remains disabled.

Here are the details of my setup:

• Platform: iOS
• App: Microsoft OneDrive
• Deployment: Microsoft Intune (App Configuration Policy)
• Status: Succeeded
• Issue: Camera Upload is not enabled on the device despite policy success

I understand that enabling Camera Upload may require specific App Configuration keys, which do not appear to be publicly documented. Could you please provide:

1. The correct key-value pairs required to enable Camera Upload via Intune for iOS?
2. Any additional configuration or prerequisites (e.g., App Protection Policy settings) that must be in place?

To enable the Camera Upload feature in the OneDrive app via Intune for iOS devices, you can use the following App Configuration key-value pairs:

1. Key: com.microsoft.onedrive.CameraUploadEnabled
   • Value: true (to enable Camera Upload)

Make sure that this key is included in your App Configuration Policy for the OneDrive app.

Additionally, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

• The OneDrive app must be managed and deployed through Intune.
• App Protection Policies should allow access to the camera and photo library if you want users to upload photos directly from their device.
