I am going absolutely crazy. I reset my password yesterday went to log into outlook with new password and it doesn’t work. Have been trying to reset now I’m blocked. Trying to get a text code cannot verify this way. I simply just need my emails to be accessible as I have important stuff going on and cannot speak to a human. I just need someone to help me do this asap. I have also done the random form with backup email but I just need it done now. Anyone know how? Please help or even so if I can put a forwarder from blocked email to a working one so I can receive in the meantime.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing your account. Could you let me know the exact error message you see when you try to sign in? If possible, please share a screenshot (without any personal information). Also, let me know whether you have two-step verification (2FA) enabled.

Hoping the attachment worked. It basically says try another verification method as the text will not work likely due to too many failed attempts. I just really need the emails working asap.
