Restore Microsoft Authenticator

Question

I was trying to restore the backup from my authenticator account because I have a new phone and the old one died and I just keep getting the error, 'Canmot restore: Check your internet and try again'. After some consecutive tries, it sometimes said that there was no backup at all in that account. I need that backup to work, I do not even remember the amount of things that were connected there.
