    Hi, good day!

    • When was the last time it worked properly?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

It may be left over from a program you previously uninstalled that wasn't completely removed.

Please try to download this small free utility - Autoruns for Windows from Sysinternals Live.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

    1. Click and download "Autoruns and Autorunsc".
    2. Extract the files to your computer
    3. Run Autoruns64 if you have a 64bit System
    4. Wait for all processes to load
    5. In the Quick Filter box enter:
         .vbs

    6. Please provide a screenshot of the results of that Autoruns window.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
