I am getting an unexpected error while scheduling my DP900 exam

I was getting unexpected error while scheduling my Dp 900 exam. SO i connected with pearson vue support team.When i connected withthem they asked me my MSID which i am not able to find in my profile, because of which they were not able to verify account.Please help me with this as it is delaying scheduling of my exam.
