Activate zero data retention on my LLM APIS

I am trying to contact the sales team for this kind of issue but the process looks very bureaucratic... anybody knows how to go fast on this ?

Need to upgrade subscription to enable Zero Data Retention for Azure OpenAI. Currently on pay-as-you-go, need Enterprise Agreement or Microsoft Customer Agreement for GDPR compliance.

Hi FredO

Advanced abuse monitoring is currently enabled for Managed customers only. Please contact sales team for becoming manager customer.

Post becoming Enterprise customer, you have to submit details here on Advanced abuse monitoring forum.

Product group might do addition validation of your credentials and use case.

If they find any issue in credentials or use case, they might ask you to re-submit credential documents and seek additional clarification in your use case.

Post success scrutiny check and validation, they will toggle off data retention of 30 days, which can be verified at support side.

Sorry to hear that. Please noted that only telemetry data that is needed for operations are saved for 30 days. Inference calls are not stored in Azure OpenAI side.

"The models are stateless: no prompts or completions are stored in the model. Additionally, prompts and completions are not used to train, retrain, or improve the base models."
