Hi Shera,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand you'd like to speak with Microsoft Support. I'm happy to help with anything I can, as long as it's not account related.
I believe the reason your renewal shows $99 instead of $70 is that the promotional price was tied to your previous autopay setup and didn’t carry over after the payment method changed.
I'd suggest updating your card in Services & Subscriptions and check if any new offers are available. If you believe the original discount should still apply, reach out to Microsoft Support for help.
For the email change, the “already in use” message means that address is linked to another Microsoft account. You can add it as an alias by going to Your Info > Manage how you sign in to Microsoft, then choose Add an alias and verify it. If it’s the primary alias on another account, you’ll need to remove it there first. Alternatively, you can keep both accounts and enable syncing between them.
If you still prefer to contact a live support agent, go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/ Sign in to your Microsoft account, type “Chat with an agent” in the search bar, then click “Contact support” at the bottom. Choose the product you need help with and follow the prompts to start a live chat.
Regards,
Carlo
