Cloud file context menu not localized

The text of cloud file context menu items are not localized, always showing the English text even when the OS display language is Chinese:

Hi, thanks for the reply,

The issue actually is not OneDrive specific, for any cloud files app(e.g. the official CloudMirror sample)， the system will automatically add the "Always keep on this device" and "Free up space" context menu items to cloud files, the added menu items is not localized, will always display the English text.
