Cannot access a powerpoint file

I can see my powerpoint, but I am unable to open it due to a repair that cannot be fixed. I have tried through the desktop and online

    The bot has assumed the file needs repair. But it may be that it's PowerPoint that needs to be repaired (the actual text of the message you are seeing would tell us if this is the case). To repair PowerPoint, please try running an Office Repair. The Online Repair option is more thorough.
