Bluetooth not working

Hi

Kindly assist.

Suddenly my bluetooth is not working

The error issue is as follows

Also under the device manager the Bluetooth is appearing under hidden devices

I tried doing a trouble shooting. But the issue remains.

    In Device Manager, right click and uninstall the hidden Intel Wireless Bluetooth device.

    Restart your PC

    Windows should install a new Bluetooth driver automatically, check if Bluetooth is then working

    If Bluetooth is still not working, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the Bluetooth device drivers they recommend.
