myflexible server stooped working

my subscription was disabled due to some glitch with payment but after enabled my flexibelserver stooped working not able to restart not able to connect pls suggest what to do

    Thank you for the update. As you confirmed over private messaging, the issue has now been resolved. The delay was caused by limited compute resources, which resulted in the server getting stuck in the Updating state. Once resources became available, the operation completed successfully.
