Microsoft Authenticator Verification Code

Hello, I have been trying to log into my Microsoft account for about a week now. I put the email and password all correct then it asks me to verify my identity with an Authenticator code. I then open my app and have no code, I refresh the page and still no code. I’ve tried this multiple times and it still doesn’t work. Any idea why?

1. Ensure your phone's date and time settings are set to automatic.
2. Check if the Authenticator app is up to date.
3. Remove and re-add your Microsoft account in the Authenticator app.
