Unexpected error issue

I was trying to make a payment for the PL-300 exam on the Ignite platform with my visa debit card but the payment failed, so I tried one more time and the same situation happened. When I tried using the mastercard debit card, the payment failed again. Now the site is not opening and displaying the below message. I have tried all possible means like switching different browsers, clearing cache but nothing worked. Does anyone have a solution for this.

    ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
