How Can I open a supprot ticket for Office 365 if I can't acess here: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage ?

Any support ticket related with office 365 redirects to that url for admin. But I'm not admin. So how can I open a support ticket for office 365 not being an admin?

    Hi Dani,

Microsoft routes service-related tickets through the admin center because admins manage subscriptions, billing, and tenant-level settings. Regular users don’t have access to that portal, so you need to use consumer or account-level support channels instead.

    What you can do

Use Microsoft’s consumer support page Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365 and Office.

Choose the issue type (installation, account, subscription).

    Pick Chat or Call options.

    From Office apps

    Open Word, Excel, or Outlook.

Click Help > Contact Support (or ? > Help in newer versions).

This opens a support chat directly from the app.

Microsoft Account Support If your issue is related to login or subscription, visit: https://account.microsoft.com  → Support.

If your concern is about billing or subscription and you’re not the admin, you’ll need to contact the person who manages the subscription or use the consumer support link above.

Let me know how it goes, Happy to help!
